The Men's Club of Congregation Tifereth Israel and the Brotherhood of Congregation Agudas Achim are co-sponsoring Jewish Community Day on Sunday, August 2, at Huntington Park. A Kosher Lunch will be served at 3 p.m. Kids will get to walk on field before the Columbus Clippers game. Our very own Cantor Jack Chomsky will sing the national anthem as the game begins at 5 p.m.
Tickets are $5. We need your donations to help keep ticket prices this low. Please donate $18 or whatever you can to The Men’s Club for this historic day. For more information and to donate, please contact Dale Levy at drlevy@ohioctvs.com .
The Men’s Club fosters activities and programming for its members, the rest of the congregation and the community. We also seek to promote understanding and awareness of our Jewish heritage among synagogue members and their children. Any male adult in a Tifereth Israel family is eligible for membership. (Please note membership form at bottom of page.)
